This policy explains how The Seed Code ("we", "us") collects and handles your personal information when you use our online quiz. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Your name and email address, which you provide before starting the quiz.
Your quiz answers and the score and result they produce.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not collect payment details through the quiz.

Why we collect it

To calculate and show you your personalised result.
To email you your result and related educational information.
To follow up about our services, only where you have consented.

How we store and protect it

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, which holds data securely on your behalf. The quiz transmits your details over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access is limited to The Seed Code and the staff who need it to serve you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this quiz and our email system (GoHighLevel, our website host), strictly so they can provide those services to us. Some providers may store data overseas; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@theseedcode.com.au.

Cookies and analytics

The quiz uses only what is needed to run and to send your results. We do not use it to track you across other websites. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
